WISE stands for Way to Independent and Self-Esteem. We aim to provide a high-quality, safe, responsive and well-led complex care service to people who have autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and/or mental health needs.
We are registered with CQC and comply with the UK legislation and regulations.
We support people to stand up for their rights and promote their independence. We aim to empower people and our contribution will be a Way to improve Independence and self-esteem, which can lead to living their lives happily.
